Kapalua Ritz Carlton Club and Residences:

Completed in July 2009 this luxury residence and fractional ownership project was a challenging project
from the start.

Over 50 carpenters working in 4 residence buildings and 2 club unit buildings completed this incredible project over the course of a year.  Installing over 206,000 Lft. of trim (32 miles),  3,436 cabinet boxes, and 3,355 door openings.
Plywood backing installed for the 25' custom wide lift and slide doors installed by Bruce Matson Company.

The entire opening is over 40' wide including the area for the doors when open.

The lift and slide doors installed and ready for tile installation.  Installation of these doors is just one of the complicated processes on this project

The door installation includes custom stile and rail swing doors, sliding and pocket doors throughout the units.

The doors and base are installed along with the plinth blocks.  We are setting up to install the ceiling trim that will complete this unit.

The kitchen in the residence units includes African mahogany cabinetry and built in appliances.

Bravern Lobby

In the main lobby we are installing over 22,000 lft. of T&G ceiling trim and over 2,000 lft. of wood bean wraps in the ceilings.

Here is the plywood backing for the lobby sloped ceilings being installed.

The ceilings are flat and sloped and at some points are nearly 50' above ground.  this installation is one of the more challenging parts of the project.
